The project at All Saints, Marlow was carried out in two phases to meet the financial constraints of the church. The first phase was to provide the church with refreshment facilities, a creche room, vestry, AV booth and storage space.

A concealed kitchenette and vestry were inserted into the west end of the north aisle. A door in the side allows access to the vestry, while foldback screens at the front open up to reveal the refreshment facilities. Extra serving and storage space was provided by a separate counter made from matching oak - the top constructed from pew seats, protected with a glass top.

In the south aisle, a similar form was constructed to house a creche room and AV booth. The creche room is enclosed and sound-proofed to minimise the noise during services. The AV booth features hidden hydraulic hatches that lift up during use to allow a clear view of the front of the church. Clever storage was built under the seating platform.
